Dr. Yolie Massenburg, President

Dr. Yolie Massenburg was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut and raised by her parents Willard and Mae Bell Jones, two of her greatest supporters. Yolie received salvation at the age of 16 and answered the called to preach the gospel nearly 20 years after.

Before called to ministry, Dr. Yolie worked in the broadcasting industry for many years. In 2001, she was called into ministry as an evangelist, but still continued to work in the broadcast industry as a General Manager of a North Carolina’s radio station. It was in North Carolina where the Lord guided her into full-time ministry as a pastor of a local church. Dr. Yolie is an ordained Evangelist, Prophetess and Senior Pastor of Seraphim Ministries International LIFE Center. In 2013, Dr. Yolie was consecrated as an apostle, by which she oversees and/or support several ministries in SMI Ministers Fellowship. She is also founder, president & an instructor of Seraphim Ministries International Bible College.

In February 2020, SMI launched a new TV Talk Show entitled “Empowered LIFE with Dr. Yolie”, that airs on Preach the Word Network, Thursdays at 5:00 AM with 50 million viewers.

Dr. Yolie resides in Virginia with her handsome husband, Clarence. She is a mother of one [Jolissia A. S. Thomas, 28]; 2 stepdaughters, one son-in-law, 2 granddaughters and a spiritual mother to many. Dr. Yolie is a lifelong learner and holds several degrees: BA in Communications (1989), MS in Education (2001), Doctorate in Religious Education in Theology (2005) M.Div. (2013), and a Doctorate of Divinity (2017).

She is a certified instructor of the Evangelical Training Association, faculty member as Media Analysis at Trinity Graduate School of Apologetics and Theology, and Qualified Evangelism Explosion Trainer. She is also a member of the following associations: American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), Christian Coaching Alliance (CAA), and Christian Faith Center Ministers’ Fellowship International (CFMFI). In addition, she is an author and publisher of several publications including a textbook used by students in over 130 countries.

Additional Service: Volunteer Chaplain at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, VA and John Randolph Medical Center, Hopewell, VA; Christian Life Coach and Motivational Speaker of Living Life Ministries.
